I'm hoping you can shed some light for me on something that's driving me nuts!! I've developed a site using PT that I effectively want to duplicate on a new domain with different feeds. I've taken my original site and copied all the files to the new domain - changing the contents of the config file and creating a duplicate of the database with all content cleared out. Everything seems to work fine on the new site until I come to uploading the feeds..I'm not getting any error messages but the products aren't being stored in the DB. Could you suggest why this might be?....are there amends I need to make in files other than the config file?

Thanks for your quick response David, the DB was working but in checking it I found a missing field that I added to the original at a later date so that's fixed the problem!

Have you confirmed that the database is working at all on the new site...? The easiest way to do this is to try and edit Featured Products. Go to the Featured Products section in the admin area, enter something as a test value, then click Save. Go back to the admin home page, then back to Featured Products and it should still be there...
When you run setup.php on the new site, does it indicate that all tests are passed?
