The only recent addition has been Product Mapping, which works exactly like Category Mapping, only for product names - useful for niche sites where the number of mappings required is manageable.
If you don't have this feature, you can upgrade to is just by adding the new /admin/ directory, together with setup.sql. Then, to create the new table, browse to:
http://www.example.com/setup.php?installDB=1
(don't worry - it won't overwrite your existing tables)
