Removing search field label from headers

Hi David,

Firstly can I say what fantastic support you're offering for your customers on this forum, it must be a full time job answering some of the requests I've read on here!!

I have been using Price Tapestry to develop a coffee tables affiliate site - Coffee Table. Most of the mods I needed to make I've found on the forum, however there is one thing that I'd like to change that I couldn't find a previous post on.

I would like to get rid of the field name that appears in the header and browser title when using search.php. For example on this page - Glass Coffee Table I want to get rid of the "category:" text.

I'm not a coder and have managed to bluff my way with the mods so far through trial and error, but this one is a little too deep for me, so if you could offer any pointers it would be much appreciated!

Thanks for your help,
Laura

Hi Laura,

The mods to do this are in the following thread:

http://www.pricetapestry.com/node/291

(scroll down the page for my reply)

It just needs an edit to html/header.php, but if you're not sure feel free to email me your current version and i'll make the change for you (reply to your reg code or forum registration email)

Cheers!
David.
