It looks like the feed format is not correct; most likely that quoted text has not been auto-detected on Registration Step 1.
Instead of accepting the autodetected format, select "Quoted Text - Header Row - Comma Separated" from the drop-down box, and then register / import again. That should fix it.
As this is an Affiliate Window feed, I would strongly recommend using their XML format, which works fine with Price Tapestry and will import much more quickly!
