I'm just new so apologies in advance for this question as I'm sure it is something very obvious.
I'm trying to import my first feed but the product images are missing. When I view properties the path is:
http://www.mysite.com/shop/merchant/Everythingplay/%22http://www.everythingplay.com/images/11.gif%22
Where Everythingplay is the merchant obviously.
During Field Mapping I've mapped Image URL to image_url and checked the feed itself to ensure the path to the images is correct. Image paths in the feed have "http://" appended and a quick copy and paste in a browser returns the image OK. Also tried this for a few other feeds from different merchants, same issue.
I've installed PT into a "shop" directory as I'm running Wordpress and need to keep things separate.
My .htaccess file has:
RewriteBase /shop/
and my config has:
$config_baseHREF = "/shop/";
Any ideas?

Having just purchase PT today it was already apparent from the forum that the level of service offered was second to none.

I can see the problem....
The %22 that you see in the path is actually the " (quote) character, which implies that maybe, the feed did not auto-detect correctly, and you need to select a "Quoted Text" feed format. On the Feed Registration (Step 1) page, look in the select box for the correct format, or if you're not sure you can always try them in turn until, on Step 2 you can view the Image URL without the quotes...
