Where this is the case, you should be able to construct a Buy URL using one (or more) of the fields - normally a Product ID for example - and then using the "Text Before" filter.
For example, if the feed has a product ID field called "PRODUCTID"; and you know that you can make your affiliate link as follows...

For example, if the feed has a product ID field called "PRODUCTID"; and you know that you can make your affiliate link as follows...
http://www.example.com/buy.asp?affiliate=1234&productId=PRODUCTID...then, you could register PRODUCTID as the Buy URL field, and add the following as the content of a "Text Before" filter against that field:
http://www.example.com/buy.asp?affiliate=1234&productId=This will make-up the Buy URL as required!
