Hi Paul,

From looking at the source code of your site, I can see that the Image URLs have quotation marks around them. Having looked at the feed, it has some fields are quote separated, but some are not. Therefore, quote separation will not be auto-detected, so you need to specify it.

When you click on register for the 1stphonecards.csv feed, you will see that the auto-detected format string is:

csv|9|1|0

Instead of accepting this, select "Quoted Text - Header Row - Tab Separated" from the drop down list, and then click Next. You will then be able to register the feed correctly and the images should work fine.

Another small problem with your installation that I have noticed, is that the £ sign is not displaying correctly. This will be because you have missed out the semi-colon in the value for $config_currencyHTML in config.php. Instead of:

$config_currencyHTML = "&pound";

...it should be:

$config_currencyHTML = "£";

Hope this helps!
Cheers,
David.

Hi Paul,

You will only need to over-ride the auto-detection whenever you have a similar problem. With most feeds, you should accept the auto-detected value first and then look at the data in the sample record to see if that looks sensible. In particular look for the " character at the start of fields which will indicate that auto-detect didn't work. In that case, then go back and select the correct file format.

For templates, check out the link on this page:

Hello Paul,

We are not the same people! I think their orders are processed manually so it might be longer because it is the weekend, but don't worry I'm sure there won't be any problem.

You can carry on setting your site up without the template, and then you will just be able to install it over the top - all your merchants will still be there!

Cheers,
David.
