Hi David,
Trying to import the Play.com feed which has over 30000 products using the Admin interface. A few min after I click on "Register and Full Import", feeds_import is automatically downloaded with no code in it and the admin screen stays as it is in the register phase.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Adrian
if its tradedoubler then the play feed is down at the moment and a few others i believe
Hi David,
It seems to have imported 28139 of the 39411 products listed in the feed, even though it shows 0 products imported in the admin page for play.com feed. Only need around 100 of the products, but need to make sure those 100 are being imported. Have requested SSH access to my hosting account and will give that a go.
Thanks
Adrian
Hi David,
Have downloaded putty and successfully imported a feed with over 30000 rows yesterday. Trying to import the same feed but placed it this time in another test directory. Getting
Failed loading /etc/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so: /etc/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
importing woolworths.csv...[0/0]
Had registered the feed before hand. Then tried a trial import and 13 products were imported (have filters in place). Then ran ssh import again and got
Failed loading /etc/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so: /etc/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
importing woolworthstv.csv...[0/13]
and it doesn't move from there on.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Adrian
Hi David,
Sorry you might forget my last post. Feed did import after about 10 min. Didn't run through the count though. Maybe thats do do with having product mapping setup in this directory and not the one where I was seeing the ssh product count.
Enjoy the weekend
Adrian
Hi Adrian,
The symptoms (something to download) indicate a web server timeout rather than PHP. Please have a look at the following thread to see if anything applies to your situation and does help (in particular importing from the command line if that is an option for you)...
