can you point me how to go with CJ data feed
should i request seprate feed by merchant or how should i have CJ setup my datafeed that makes easy to download and and make it working. i am looking to download feed through FTP so that need to be automated help on that.
and multiple install of PT in this format:-
http://www.domain.com/computer/
http://www.domain.com/electronices/
http://www.domain.com/games/
http://www.domain.com/health/
http://www.domain.com/movies/
point me how to make this work.

Firstly, you definitely need to request separate feed by merchant.
I don't use CJ myself, but I know we have lots of users that do so if anybody is able to add anything about using CJ feeds that would be great!
With regards to setting up your site in the subdirectories like that, see the following thread which talks about doing this, and also creating a search form with drop-down on your home page:
