Is there anyway of having merchant reviews, as well as product reviews?
In some respects a lot of people will want to have a moan etc, regarding the merchant more so than a product I think, unless the product was really bad.

There are three ways you could go around this. Firstly, you could have a solution within PT of merchant reviews. But you would need a moderation feature built in which makes it more complex.
Another way is to tie PT to a forum. Create threads for each merchant and link to those from within PT.
If you are just after a star rating, try the Unobtrusive AJAX Star Rating Bar script which should work alongside PT. You would have to use a unique identifier that does not change which is going to be product name. You would probably have to hack away at the code to integrate this perfectly.
For the short term, a forum is probably the best option until PT has a built in facility.

Thanks for your comments. Merchant Review is on the "wish list", although at this time I don't have a schedule for any future version of Price Tapestry.
