Does the ebay search api you are using work in country setting india?
If you could share the api details I will post it on my site.
I talked to ebay they dont seem to have a clue.

The eBay Developers Program is a global service and there is a Global ID for eBay India (EBAY-IN) however, the eBay India Affiliate Program ( http://pages.ebay.in/affiliates/affiliate-offers.html ) is operated through the HasOffers network and I don't see a Network ID value for use with the API for that network.
I will email eBay affiliate support to check and will let you know, in the mean time, there are a number of Price Tapestry users running sites in India so somebody may have the answer...
