This will be down to a bad feed - if you check the feed for that merchant, I think you will see that the Buy URL field for all products (assuming this happens for all products from this merchant) is literally "error.html"!
Since there is no domain component, the Visit Store link ends up on your own site (in this case your test installation on your local computer - http://localhost/)
What I would suggest, is for this merchant add a new Search and Replace filter to the Buy URL field, with Search for "error.html" (without the quotes), and leave Replace blank.
At next import, this will remove any products with just error.html as the Buy URL, as it is a required field.
