After upgrading to the latest version all the explode filters for feeds dont seem to work.
I have also tried using encodings.
It was working fine before in the older version.
Nothing has fundamentally changed in the filter code across versions, however recently database defaults were included (to utf8 / utf8_general_ci) and also the character set of the database connection which can have an effect on how the data is stored but the only possible consequence of this may be having to re-create a filter that was applied against the database used by a previous installation.
Could you perhaps post an example of the filter configuration (field name being attached to and your Explode Character or String) and an example of the feed data and I'll check it out further for you...
