Is there anyway to have the latest version of PT with a non responsive template, looking to update some sites but already have a mobile sites and the responsive themes clash with the headers and footers we use.
Sure - I've always maintained backwards compatibility with the template so you can use the original version (was current in 13/03A still available for download) otherwise if you already have your template based on an earlier distribution in place it just work just fine with the latest distribution.
