RSS is no problem in terms of reading the format (Magic Parser will auto detect it fine); it all depends on how much information is in the feed.
As there is no logical mapping between the RSS field set and the product price it would need to be an RSS feed that contains the price in an extended field; or perhaps an attribute of the product name field.
You'll be able to find out simply by trying to register it, the first record shown on the registration page (step 2) will show what information is available.
As there is no kind of standard information available in coupon feeds it is unlikely that you will be able to import these.
