Follows on from the previous questions:
Is there a way to use a different header file for different sub-sections? For instance, if I had a gadgets search, could I call gadgets_head.php instead of head.php?
The reason being that a different stylesheet can then be called together with a different header logo.

...by using the sub-installation method you can then easily modify the look and feel for each site, which should be more straight forward than creating selective headers - although again it's not too difficult to do a conditional include based on some criteria...
