I've some mapped products that somehow disappeared, may after adding a new feed and reimporting.
Do you have an idea?

Product Mapping is only a translation applied at import time, so if a product currently set-up in Product Mapping disappears from the database, that would indicate that having updated feeds the product is no longer present in any feed; either with the "master" product name, or with any of the alternatives specified on the configuration page for that mapping.
However that doesn't mean that a merchant hasn't decided to change the name (unfortunately, this happens!) so it no longer triggers the mapping, and therefore the mapping would need to be updated accordingly...
