Wondering if I could trouble you, please. I have set up a scan and set field for colour. It searches the products and it finds the word 'red' in the name it marks it as red, as an example. This is working well, however, there are a good number of items which have no colour in the name, and as a result I do not want to include these in my store. I cannot seem to find a way to remove any item with a blank colour value using the filters. I tried drop record if not 'one of the colours in my list'. That seemed to work a bit too well, I have no products in my site now! I tried it with the reg expression but no joy there, either.
Is what I am trying to do possible? Many thanks

The basic Drop Record filter has a special case for matching an empty field so that should do the trick however I'm wondering if the scan / set process may be creating a value containing spaces - try inserting a Search and Replace filter in-front of the Drop Record filter containing just a single SPACE in the Search box on the configuration page, leaving the Replace box empty and see if that does the trick - if not let me know and I'll check it out further with you...
