Apologies for the confusion, Shopping List is now included in the latest distribution (16/10A) but since it uses cookies the feature has to be enabled in config.advanced.php by changing line 98 as follows;
$config_useShoppingList = TRUE;
However I have just restored the download if you wish to add Shopping List to a 15/09A distribution - click here for full details and download link...
