That's an interesting one - a bit of a side effect of responsive web design is of course print.
Ideally, @media print { .. } styles would need to be added to control the layout specifically for print, however a much easier alternative, which would enable you to print with the exact layout currently displayed by the browser would be to use a screen capture / print plugin.
I use Nibus Screen Capture for FireFox which is an excellent plugin - simply right-click on the page, use Nimbus Screenshot > Entire Page, you can then edit or manipulate the image as required, click Done, and there is a Print Image option...
I will have a look at the CSS and see if it would be possible to do a simple search and replace to force media print to behave like Foundation's medium or large layout...
