No email received as yet I'm afraid, but no results or products being displayed is most likely indicative of a crashed products table. Every now and again, MySQL tables do crash - it's normally not an issue unless it starts to happen on a regular basis, which could in fact be indicative of a pending hard disk drive failure!!
There is a repair script in this comment that will execute the REPAIR TABLE statement against `pt_products` which should be all it is. If the problem persists, let me know and I'll check it out further with you of course;
