Is there a way to import XML from a URL that page 1 and it says results pages 5. Is it possible for the automation to follow the url if past page 1 would follow/crawl to import all the pages until the end is reached in the same url format only shifting the page number.
I have seen a mod like this on wp import or something like that.

That would be relatively complicated as a generic solution i'm afraid but the first advice I would give is to check the documentation associated with the feed and see if there is a "results" parameter whereby you can request more - perhaps all - results in a single request.
If that's not the case, then bear in mind that Price Tapestry supports having multiple feeds for the same merchant, so all you would need to do is set-up each separately with the appropriate URL containing the page value, e.g.
http://www.example.com/feed.php?page=1
http://www.example.com/feed.php?page=2
etc.
