Backup
Select the items you wish to backup, and then click Backup. An XML file will be presented for download containing the selected items. Store this file safely on your local computer or a different web server.

Restore
Paste the contents of an XML file created by the backup process into the text box and click Restore.

IMPORTANT: The restore process will delete all existing items of each type contained in the backup file. For example, if the backup file contains Featured Products, ALL Featured Products will be deleted before being recreated with the information in the backup file.
