Hi David,
How can I implement
1. When a user click on the product page and while it jump to merchant site, can I open it in new window instead on the same page.
2. Is it possible to have an exit page for instance 10 seconds before jump to merchant site. Stating like "You are about to leave....website. Thank you for visiting us"

Both are easy to do. To make links open in a new window, check the following thread (see my first reply for the mods):

...and for an alternative to jump.php that can display whatever HTML you like, and then redirects using an HTTP meta refresh, see:
