I have just started to setup my site and am getting the following error message

check $config_databaseUsername and $config_databasePassword values

I have checked with the settings in my hosting and am sure these are the correct ones

Could you try the PHP & MySQL version checker script on this page:

Replace the MySQL server, username and password with the same values that you have used in config.php and then if you could let me know if the MySQL version is displayed correctly that will help...

Hi,

Just save the PHP code in that thread as, for example dbtest.php, and then upload to your web server in the same directory that you have uploaded the Price Tapestry script to; then browse to http://www.yoursite.com/dbtest.php
